We offer a no questions asked 30 days return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we'll refund 100% of your money.

If something has gone wrong, please contact us at wlwyb@wlwyb.com so we can fix the issue.

Our products are produced in the European Union. We have several manufacturing partners in Europe.

You can review our current promotions at any time by visiting our webshop. The best way to receive current promotions is to sign up for email notification or just follow us on Instagram/ Facebook! You can simply enter your email address in the field provided at the bottom of this page (Contact) to receive updates and special discounts!

Orders will ship in 6-11 business days after placing your order, unless otherwise noted on site. If product is ready to ship, the estimated shipping window will be noted underneath the "Add to Cart" button on the product page by color/size variation. Once your product ships, you will receive your automatic tracking number(s) via email. Orders to the East Coast will typically be delivered in 6-11 business days, to the Midwest in 7-12 business days, and to the West Coast in 3-7 business days.

All items are shipped from the European Union. In case of international shipping a package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. WE LOVE WHAT YOU BUILD does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

If you’re not pleased with your 'Periodic Table of LEGO Colors' purchase, just contact us within 60 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement. Our goal is to make return shipping as painless as possible.

In order to receive your refund, we ask that your order be returned in its original packaging. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label, and once the product is checked in to our warehouse, we’ll issue your refund. After the return has reached our facility, please allow for 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account. There will be a restocking fee (10% of the full item price) that will be deducted from your refund.
